Week 3 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pick-ups

Should be already owned but if they aren’t pounce- Antonio Gates, Terrence West,  Jay Cutler, Pierre Thomas, Patriots D/ST, Phillip Rivers, Jeremy Hill, Darren McFadden, Donald Brown, Khiry Robinson, Sammy Watkins and Lamar Miller, DeAndre Hopkins

Delanie Walker
He is coming off a monster performance against the Cowboys where he had 10 catches for 142 yards and a TD and played well in week 1 too. I don’t like his match-up this week against a tough Bengals defense but he should be fine after that. He leads the Titans in targets and receiving yards through two weeks and should be a strong tight end option going forward

Zach Ertz
I can’t believe he still isn’t owned everywhere. Two pretty good games from The Ertz to start off the season, where is the love? He gets to play Washington who gave up a huge TD to Mercedes Lewis last week, I think Ertz should continue to be a top 10 tight end, get him while you can

Bobby Rainey
He went off on the Rams last week, to the tune of 144 rushing yards and 30 receiving yards. He also was involved in week 1 and scored a TD. I don’t care if Doug Martin plays because Rainey has proven to be the better running back in Tampa Bay, he should clearly be added as a Martin handcuff or a potential flex play if Martin plays, or a solid RB2 if Martin missed time

Knile Davis
While you should have owned the Jamaal Charles handcuff if you had him not everyone did and he is out there. He has proven that he is capable of producing big fantasy games like he did last week. He add a big week 17 last year when he got the starting role. He should be considered a low end RB1 as long as he is starting for the Chiefs, and since we don’t know how long Charles will be out, ride Davis while you can

Brian Quick
He has had two very good games to start the season. Consider this, with 14 catches and 173 yards he has two more catches and six more yards than Andre Johnson so far this season. Quick should provide to hog the receiving work in St. Louis and has a good connection with both Shaun Hill and Austin Davis. He is owned virtually nowhere and should be able to provide receiver help for fantasy owners after an injury riddled week

James Jones
Another guy who has started the season strong and is establishing a connection on a overall questionable offense. Jones has scored in both of his games this season and isn’t really owned anywhere. Derek Carr has played better than expected and Jones has been his go to receiver. He has a rough match-up this week against Revis Island and the Patriots but should be worth an add if you are looking for a receiver

Matt Asiata, Jerick McKinnon
I don’t know what is going to happen with Adrian Peterson, but assume he will be out for a while and grab his back-ups

Kirk Cousins
This is what I thought the QB production from Robert Griffin would look like. Tons of weapons in the passing game and a little bit of rushing. Don’t expect the world from him but he should be a solid starter in a deeper league and someone you can play the match-ups with

Andy Dalton
Can’t believe why he isn’t owned everywhere. He is going to play solid for most of the season and have a few clunkers and a few monster games, that’s what Andy Dalton is. The time to buy low is now while AJ Green is injured. He is a good spot starter and a good option in deeper leagues.

Texans D/ST
They play the Giants this week and still have two games against the Jaguars. If you didn’t get them last week get them now!
